Terms of Use

passgenai is an independent study resource for professional certification exams. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any certification vendor, and it does not issue certifications — see the Disclaimer for the full statement, including how our practice questions are written.

You may create one account for yourself, and you must be at least 16 years old to hold one. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@passgenai.com if you think someone else has access to it.

Give us a working email address. It is how we reach you about a purchase, and it is the address we verify a refund or data request against.

Paid access is a single payment, not a subscription, and it is a personal licence to use that certification’s paid material for your own exam preparation. It does not expire and nothing renews automatically.

It is licensed to you, not sold to you: you get the right to use the material, not ownership of it. The licence is personal and non-transferable — you cannot sell, gift or reassign it to someone else, and it does not move to another account.

The lessons, exam guides, question bank, explanations and mock exams are our copyrighted work. You may read them, quote short passages with attribution, and print or take notes for your own study. You may not:

• Share your account, or give anyone else access to paid material through it. Paid access is per person.
• Republish, resell, or redistribute the questions, explanations or lessons — including in a course, a repository, a Telegram or Discord group, a "dumps" site, or a paid study pack.
• Scrape or bulk-download the site, or use automated tools to extract the question bank.
• Use the material to train a machine-learning model or to generate a competing question bank.
• Remove or obscure attribution, or present the material as your own.

If you break these terms we may suspend or close your account. Where a purchase is closed for account sharing or redistribution, no refund is due.

Do not send us material from a live exam, and do not ask us for it. Questions recalled or transcribed from a real exam violate the agreement you accept when you sit it, and using them can invalidate your credential. We do not accept, solicit or publish such material.

A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase, provided you have worked through less than 10% of that certification’s paid material. Those are the only two conditions. We try to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change or remove material — including revising questions and lessons as exams change — and we may change prices for future purchases. A price change never affects a purchase you have already made.

If we materially change these terms we will update the revision date above. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised terms.

The material is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it covers every question you will face, and we make no promise that you will pass. We publish no pass-rate figure because we have no way to verify what anyone scores on a proctored exam.

You are responsible for confirming exam objectives, eligibility, fees and scheduling with the certification vendor, whose published information is always authoritative over ours.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including a failed exam, a lost exam fee, or lost earnings or opportunity. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can close your account whenever you like, by asking us at support@passgenai.com. What happens to your data then, and the one category of record we cannot erase, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account for breaking the terms above — account sharing, redistributing the question bank, scraping, or trying to get at systems or content you have not paid for. Where we close a paid account for one of those reasons, no refund is due. Otherwise, if we close your account and you have not breached these terms, we refund the unused value of your purchase.

What we store and who processes it is set out in the Privacy Policy.

If any provision here turns out to be unenforceable, it is narrowed to the least extent needed to make it valid, or removed if that is not possible. The rest of these terms stay in force. Our not enforcing something immediately does not mean we have given up the right to.

The operating legal entity behind passgenai is being formalised. Until that is complete these terms are offered by the operator of passgenai, and this section will be updated to name the entity and the governing jurisdiction.
